We were dealing with an older water tank and had flip-flopped between Reliance and the city in the past. We decided to upgrade to the newer on-demand systems but had a lot of questions to ask. We also had had an older water softener and wanted something new to go along with the tankless. The guys at PURPL are true professionals and know their stuff. I highly recommend anyone who needs work done for they’re water heating to give them a call.

Had the owner come to my condo and take a look at my AC Unit. He fixed the issue! He was very knowledgeable and did not overcharge. He was honest the entire time and friendly. Would definitely use him again in the future if my heating or AC doesn't work.Service: A/C system repair

PURPL has performed 2 jobs for me recently (Bathroom fans discharge move out of the attic to the soffit) and (Duct/Vent installation). Agon called and inquired the initial details and provided a competitive estimate. Duct install was a difficult and tricky and he shown his professionalism and both the jobs were done to my satisfaction. Agon was responsive and transparent at each step.
