Now let's get something straight. I am sharing my experience with the Tech. John was completely different from other techs. He caught a problem from installation from almost 7 years ago and corrected it Friendly and explained what he was doing and rebooked for AC inspection as he told me can't do when cold outside. Reliance Needs More Johns.
The technicians were professional and knowledgeable.They quickly discovered and explained where the hissing sound from my water heater originated. It was actually from a tap outside. They showed me the issue with the replaced part. Impressive!
In my experience the technicians are absolutely wonderful. Today we had John and he was amazing 5 stars,more if I could.Now unfortunately reliance support is nowhere near as good. I've asked to add a second name to the account 4 or more times and each time my husband calls they need me to verify and "add" him again. They started 2 seperate accounts for our 1 home and after they said they finally merged them we still had to pay the 2nd account again. The employees are polite so, good there, but I don't know how the technicians can be so great yet managing the accounts is a mess.
