yesterday Jarat, Nolan and Cole removed our old oil furnace and tank and replaced with a new propane furnace. We were dreading a possible mess and chaos. The entire process was carried out smoothly, without a hitch and no mess - when they left, you wouldn't even know they had been here if not for a new furnace.
Fantastic work, in providing emergency furnace replacement! This company I highly recommend Total Home Energy Systems! Their service, professionalism, time management, and understanding in this replacement was Fantastic! On a scale of 5, I would give this company a 10!! Special thanks to Jared, Ian, and Phil!! Thanks to the team at Total Home Energy for all the work they did for our family over the Holidays. We had a quote for the furnace repair or replacement from one of the ‘Big Two’ but then waited days for the part. Called THE for a second opinion and Phil did a great job explaining the pros and cons of repair or replacement and found the necessary part for repair even though suppliers were shut down. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and THE put in a new Lennox for significantly less than we had been quoted by the ‘big’ company.
