I will give the experience 5 if one issue is sorted out. I was originally sold a 20 SEER heat pump unit however, as far as I can tell, it was a 16 SEER heat pump when it arrived. Still awaiting proof it is a 20 SEER or I believe there should be a remedy to the miscommunication. Hoping for a clean resolution.“
