I have been treated for various chronic and post surgical injuries over the years by Chad and find him patient, knowledgeable, effective, precisise all with a good sense of humour. He makes me feel very comfortable but also makes me want to do my best with my part with the exersises shown to me. Generally by his very patient and encouraging Assistant's.
Friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, fast, offered suggestions, took a logical approach in diagnosing my issues and encouraged me to call back if I had any issues resulting from the work. There is absolutely no hesitation on my part of recommend this company with a 5 star rating.

I’ve gone to Woolwich Physiotherapy for two separate injuries, a hamstring and shoulder. I’ve seen Scott both times and he is fantastic. He’s very personable and thorough and I like that he helps me understand why I’m doing each of the exercises. He is very patient helping me get the form just right.
Our family lives in Elmira and I called CJ’s this morning @ 7:30am as soon as they opened as our air conditioner conked out last night right before bed…..of course on the eve of the hottest day so far this summer 🙄. With a wife and 2 small children at home….and so many trades being so swamped right now…I was hoping against the odds that they would be able to come by and service our AC unit. The gentleman I spoke with in the morning (I didn’t get his name but he was very nice) stated what I already knew - they were very busy - but he assured me he would put me in the queue and get a technician out today, while also being upfront and honest and informing me that if the unit needed parts that they didn’t stock it might not be repaired today. Figuring with how busy they were that I wasn’t going to receive a call until mid-to-late afternoon…..and even then that it would likely be a diagnostic with the results of needing to order parts and come back for a second trip once the parts arrived…..to my surprise I received a call from their technician Luke at 9:45am stating that he would be at our house within 15 minutes!! I was at work but was able to come home to meet him and explain the situation. Luke was super nice, very helpful, and extremely professional. He ran a few diagnostics and found the problem within 10 minutes….then came the ultimate question…..how long to order the part? Luke looked at me, looked at his truck parked in our driveway, smiled, and said “about 15 steps to my truck”…….complete relief! Luke had our AC unit up and running again within an hour!! The cost was extremely reasonable as well (have to mention that!).
Myself and my family are so beyond grateful for CJ’s and their technician Luke - thank you so much for accommodating us today as we know how busy you are….you really made a huge difference in our lives during this hot time of year.
If anyone is considering CJ’s for any work - there is no consideration required. This company is polite, professional, accommodating, and absolutely fantastic to deal with. We will be returning customers.

Always hated to go to the gym, tried a couple times and gave up on every single one of them, then I tried CrossFit Elmira and now I’m hooked up. If you are like me and think CrossFit is not for you, give it a try at CrossFit Elmira, it will change your opinion.Another thing that I missed to add is that people always think “oh, that’s pricy for a workout, I’ll go to the gym because it’s cheaper”, but you won’t get a coach at the gym looking, teaching and fixing all your moves unless you pay for it, at CrossFit you get the coach within the package ?, and that is priceless
I contacted KAM for a quote for our basement. We had already framed but needed it drywalled. Kevin was nothing short of professional. His commitment to quality and efficiency was noticeable from our first meeting. Aside from his obvious knowledge of framing and drywalling solutions (he put an extreme amount of detail in analyzing and describing what needed to be done in preparation for the entire drywalling mudding and taping process), what stood out more was his willingness and understanding of our needs and budget. I was amazed at the reasonable quote that he offered us, and his ability to meet his commitment to completing the work in a timely fashion while ensuring too-quality work is what sets Kevin and his crews apart from the competition. Kevin responded toy messages and phone calls in a timely manner; I was extremely pleased at how much he valued being available for his clients even when it was not during typical working hours. I recently had a lymphatic drainage session with Carrie and was impressed by how effective and relaxing it was. The gentle, rhythmic strokes helps reduce swelling you feel lighter and more energized afterwards. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with puffiness, fluid retention and struggles with getting sick frequently.

Inner Compass Yoga Studio is one of the best ones I've ever been to! I really appreciated how Rachel emphasises the importance of focusing on our breathing, something that isn't always highlighted in other classes. Plus, she sets the perfect ambiance by including live music in every class, which I absolutely loved. Also, her studio is absolutely beautiful!
I have nothing but positive reviews since I reached out to this company from receptionist to installers they kept me in the loop regarding an issue with a cabinet problem. Within 10 days they came out fixed the problem and installed the doors and for that I’m so pleased

I can't recommend Foot Foundation enough! I was suffering a lot with foot pain for quite a some time and it was really affecting my daily life. I've been wearing orthotics for over 15 years, but honestly, none of them worked as well as the ones they made for me here.
From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
They even took care of filling out all the paperwork for the insurance company, which saved me so much time and hassle.
The orthotics they made are by far the most comfortable and effective I've ever had.

Carli is my FAVOURITE RMT. I've been booking with her for over 5 years and always feel amazing when my massage is complete. For those who don't know, Carli is educated out the wahzoo and is a total nerd for the human body. That's why her attention to detail is so good - she knows every little tissue and muscle and can pin point where the pain is. She's the best, I will happily drive to Elmira to be treated.

That is a compliment—it is set on a quiet street, in a studio that was once a garage but is quiet, relaxing, welcoming… kinda like the RMT! I went because of being in a car accident and found Sonia to be extraordinary skilled, kind and someone who helped me recover quickly. I continue as a client as long as they put up with my humour. I’ve shopped at Brown’s few times now and every time has been a great experience. As an individual with a bigger, more muscular build, it’s been hard to find clothing stores with pants/shorts that fit properly, let alone formal clothing that fits properly. Every time I’ve been to Brown’s Men’s Wear, employees like Zack and Scott have been more than helpful, along with patient in helping me to find clothing with the right fit for me.

These are extremely good hearted and kind people. My car was completely stuck in my driveway down the street - they saw me struggling and came to help. Shout out to Brady for helping out of the goodness of his heart. Definitely wasn’t an easy task. I’ll be going to Leroy’s in the future for sure.

I have been to many dentists over the years, and I do recognize the good ones from average dentists, if you are going to this dental office make sure you are booked with Dr. Nour, she is one of the best dentists I've ever been to, experienced, gentle and friendly, went through her diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend especially for people that have anxiety going to the dentist I used to be one so I know how important it is to have a good dentist.

We are very happy we went with Amos for our roof replacement. Getting a whote was easy and done within a few days of the request and luckily, they were able to fit us in at the start of their season to accommodate for a sale of the house. The team were all veey friendly and polite, the work was xompleted efficiently and they laid tarps down to protect our surfaces and help with clean up. Jayme was easy to get a hold of for questions and followed up after the work to make sure everything was good. We are very happy with the work and the new roof looks great!
Wonderful experience at Elmira Family Eye Care! It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Watson and when I had a corneal abrasion I was provided with top care and seen frequently for monitoring which was all at the last minute.

Drs Lawrence and David are both very knowledgeable and very kind, patient, and respectful. I brought my 91 year old father to them to have a rather challenging lower denture replaced. Dr David took his time explaining the process clearly to my father (who has cognitive challenges) and myself. Dr Lawrence consulted on the process, even though dad was not technically his patient. I am very grateful to have found two dentists who are both kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

I truly appreciate the self serve option and 24 hour accessibility, however the payment machine needs work.... it wouldn't accept my cc or cash bills I tried multiple different bills.I will be setting up an account moving forward Otherwise it is a clean well lit facility no complaints..
