“Recently just had a furnace, furnace, tune-up and inspection.

They sent me a text. Let me know that Dave was on his way and another one when he arrived. Came in put on his boots asked me where the furnace was and if I had any problems with the furnace. He went down, did his inspection and came up to let us know that there was some issues. He arranged for a salesperson to come out to talk to us about options

Rick g arrived afterwards and this was at 5: 30 pm. He went over all the options of what we could do and what we needed. He never tried to upsell us. Just listen to what we used our furnace and our AC for. He suggested package that was within our budget and can be installed the very next day

Rick G and his helper showed up. First thing they did was ask where the furnace was. They put on their boots and ran wood and carpet protector all the way down from the front door to the basement. They took everything apart and once that was done they actually asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean up the spot and made sure everything was clean before they put in the new unit. Both of them are well mannered and kept us informed as the process went on during the day.

Afterwards when they were all finished up, Rick brought me to the spot to show me what they have done and went through everything including the new thermos

The whole experience was air1 was extremely easy and effortless. Within 18 hours we went from having no heat to a complete new furnace
