He responded to our urgent service call within 30 minutes of me contacting them, which we're so thankful for as it helped save us from a lot of damage. In turn he assisted with a replacement product - after stressing the importance of getting these items installed asap, he was at our door the next business day! He got everything installed and my house back to normal within an hour and a half. We're so thankful for him and his team.“

“Tonight I had 5 star service…I called after work hours and had my call received immediately by Kyle. Kyle gave me options and what to expect.Following that we were placed into urgent support and Brandon (service) called us within 10 min. Brandon helped me over the phone to navigate my water heater situation and the whole issue was able to be solved within a half hour of my initial call.Though I would imagine this level of service will be difficult to replicate, I certainly know where I will be going next time for my service needs (Thanks Bryan’s Fuel)“
