Darren, Dylin and their team are phenomenal! My garage and basement floors look like they are brand new, in a house 20+ years old. The quality of work was top grade - Dylin kept the team moving and accomplishing their work each day. I knew what to expect, when they would be there, and received answers to all of my questions. Not only was the work done timely, they were cleaning after themselves, made sure the rest of my house was protected, and never let me down. They went over and above to make this project successful. I highly recommend this HVAC company. The technician , Mike, was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system and clearly explained what was going on with my HVAC unit in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with patience. He also write down what my filter was so it can fit better with the unit. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy these days. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely use this company again in the future.

I am undergoing a health issue that caused my hair to start coming out. For my own emotional sanity, I needed my hair cut down to a buzz cut immediately. My regular stylist was not in, but Julie, who has the chair next to her, was so compassionate and took me in immediately, her client also was full of compassion as she was happy to let Julie take care of me inbetween getting her color and cut done.
Salon is clean and pleasant to be in. Tina did a wonderful job. She first reviews just what you want, she is very friendly and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend using this salon.

I took my 8 and 9yo girls here for haircuts, and Fatumo and Essie both did great! Both showed a lot of care with the girls’ hair and were pleasant to interact with. The salon is bright, large, and clean. The only thing I would caution is there might be a disconnect between the salon and coupons posted on their website. For example, an online coupon said the discounted kids’ haircut was for 10 and under, but the person I spoke with on the phone when scheduling clarified it was only for 8 and under. No big deal - their prices are already incredibly fair. Just a note to future customers to check in advance. Thanks so much!

I wish I would have gone to them sooner. Years ago I read some meh reviews and didn’t go. Went today and it was lovely!! Did the jelly pedicure and on top of very nice products that they used, their chairs are amazing for massages. They allow you to choose height and being shorter, the massage doesn’t always hit right. These chairs felt so good on my back and hit right in the shoulder blade area perfect. And we all know a great pedicure experience is product, cleanliness, talent and the massage chair. They were top notch in all of them.

She warmed the towels and products before applying and that was extra nice! Jacqui has been cutting my and my 13 year old daughter's hair for a few months now. She also did a partial highlight for us. Our hair has never looked better. Her cuts are consistently top notch for our long, thick hair. She turned my mop into framing layers, and now I get compliments on my hair after every cut. She teaches us something new to care for our locks at every appointment, and we enjoy our time with her. Our hair is looking healthier than ever.

I came in very nervous about being pierced, but left a very happy lady. Caitlin was beyond professional in a really fun and reassuring way. I wanted my nipples pierced, and she not only answered all of my questions but she also made sure I was comfortable the whole time I freaked out. I was impressed by her taking the time to measure for where the entry and exit of the piercings should be as well as how large the jewelry would be for my anatomy. As soon as she was done I was so excited to see how cute they were! She also made sure I was set with good recommendations for aftercare. I'm exactly a month healed today and they look so pretty!

ECO canceled our two previous appointments at the last minute due to “emergency services.” When we finally had a scheduled appointment, the technician never showed up and we received no notification. They then dispatched another technician and asked us to wait an additional hour, but he also never arrived. To make matters worse, the appointment was marked as completed and we were asked to leave a review. Very frustrating experience and a significant waste of our time.
Edit: After I left this review, ECO's customer care team reached out and resolved the situation. A technician arrived during the promised time window and completed the job. I appreciate the follow-up and their efforts to make things right.

Scheduling had always been a problem in the past with other companied. The deep cleaning worked out as explained. I liked having my king bed made including my sheet changed. The floors were spotless with no streaks. She did a great job!!! I had a second clean from Briana She is exceptional and pays attention to all. Did my king bed, washed my sheet, and made my bed just like you would find in a hotel., She makes my cleaning, perfect!!

He's done a bunch of things for me, installed a sump pump, replaced a water heater, installed some new toilets, replaced a kitchen faucet. etc On every job his work has been simply excellent. We are in the process of moving into our new home. We're very pleased with the quality of our home. We're especially pleased with Kevin, who is our project manager. This guy has incredible attention to detail, a tremendous work ethic and is quite personable. He's a humble guy who isn't afraid to get dirty. If something wasn't done correctly by a sub contractor he rolls up his sleeves and does the work himself. I don't think I've seen him sit down the entire time he was working on our home.
We had a very large silver maple in our residential backyard which dropped a limb on our house, resulting in the need to remove the limb from the roof and weeks later remove the entire tree. I interviewed 6 companies and landed on Charter Oaks -- SO glad that I did! From the estimator to the absolute ninja team that spent the day in my tree, the stump grinder to the office staff, every member of the Charter Oaks team was fantastic! Every employee was kind, friendly and knowledgeable and treated my modest property with respect. In addition, they went above and beyond what other companies offered to do -- they trimmed a large bush that was in the way of the removal at no added cost, and flawlessly removed and replaced a fence segment to access the yard. Cost was very competitive (a little higher than a few but substantially lower than others) and service was top notch in all ways. Can't recommend them enough!!

We have used McRae’s for years now as they are our go-to place for our leaf removal. They are thorough and flexible as we always time our once a year service with the city’s final leaf pickup. Could not say enough positive things regarding Dr. Bleakmore. She goes above and beyond to outline the treatment plan and provide options as far as what needs to be addressed immediately and what can be delayed, which is reassuring. I’ve always been hesitant to go to the orthodontist due to fear, anxiety and uncertainty (I’m 6’1 and weigh 265 and played rugby in college and semi professionally , so this says a lot). They got my very anxious dog who I have been struggling finding a place willing to take time with her and her anxious behavior. Jen got on the floor in the lobby with my dog and took her time trimming her nails and provided me reassurance the whole time! I am extremely grateful to find someone willing to help my anxious pup and not automatically shutting us down due to my dog anxious behaviors. I will refer anyone looking for grooming services! Linda is an amazing massage therapist. She always helps me when different activities have strained muscles or I am carrying tension in neck and shoulders. She always checks how her pressure is when she needs to go deep. She will also return to areas after initial work and work in surrounding areas to loosen stubborn knots. She will use multiple techniques. She is a skilled and caring LMT. I am blessed with to have her help me out.

It wouldn’t be possible to explain how grateful I am to Dr. Mark Gittins, Meggin and Sarah and the team for giving me my freedom of movement and mobility back. Dr. Gittins described my hip deterioration as “severe, severe” 6 months before I was able to get time off work for surgery.
