I did not do any business with Only Drains. I just want to thank the owner or the marketing team that came up with the company name.I don't know if it is a clever play on "only fans" or not. I sat in my truck at the Shell station for 10 minutes cracking up. If it is, you should really implement that into your signage on your trucks.If I ever need drain work... I know exactly the company I will call.

My landlord paid them so I have no knowledge of pricing.I spoke to the dad in the business and he was pleasant to speak to. Due to an unusual personal situation, I had a couple special requests regarding procedure and he said his son would honor them.I got a phone call letting me know when the son was on his way which was in the early part of the timeframe they'd given me (which freed up a nice bit of my day), was pleasant and happy to honor my requests, and very quickly took care of a clog that hadn't budged in two days!Service: Drain cleaning

I have been using Only Drains for 20yrs. They give superb service. Good follow through with calls and appts, keeping you current on arrival time. Ken and his son, Casey are excellent in communication, information and service. Ken provided work for years and Casey is excellent in repairs and drain cleaning, thorough, great clean up and turns all lights off leaving site better than when he came. They are the best!\n**** *
