Excellent experience from beginning to end. Our go-to plumbing company, who doesn’t do drain-clearing, recommended this company. Casey of Only Drains returned my call regarding a clogged kitchen drain within five minutes, scheduled me for that afternoon, and had my drain cleared within a half hour. I appreciate the upfront, out-the/door pricing for service. Casey had to motorized snake our drain line at least 25 feet and used an additional accessory to blast water through the line for additional cleaning. Casey was a pleasure with which to do business. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this business.
Good experience, can't complain. We called and left a message to request service. Casey called back the next day and got scheduled for the day after (this was a non-emergency). We had to have our main basement drain unclogged which drains out to the city sewer. He was very friendly, explained everything and worked fast. Drain flows better than ever.
