Initially left a voicemail with a concern. Received the kindest call back from the Assistant Director who gracefully dealt with my concern. All Russell employees I know or have spoken with are kind, servant-hearted and have an awesome sense of humor! 10/10 recommend!

This company set my expectations for the service and followed through. I appreciated that they let me know when they were on their way and rang my ring doorbell when I wasn't home.The quote was detailed and helpful!The trimming price felt steep, but overall exceptional service.

Great service and price. Two person crew came out and did the work and cleaned up. Everything looked great. The crew went above and beyond doing some extra trimming and some divots were filled in with seed same day.
