I had Russell Tree Service come to my house to take down a recently dead large pine tree that I was fearful would fall over in another bad storm. I had multiple mature perennial plants/bushes surrounding the tree. I was a bit concerned due to the close proximity, they would risk being trampled, even if to some degree.
Even thought there would be saw chips and small overlooked pieces of bark. What I came home to and checked out, was the tree being gone and literally NOTHING that I had to go behind and pick up, nothing! No saw chips, bark, limb pieces or twigs. If the tree was not gone, you would have NEVER known they were there.
First time working with a professional tree service and they were fantastic.
Prompt with quote, very responsive, polite, extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process; many times those who are sent out initially very in the knowledge from those preforming the work and that was NOT the case .
You can tell that they really care about the trees and their customers.

Casey came to our home today to give a quote on numerous things that need to be done. He spent time explaining and answering my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I appreciated receiving a quote before he left. I think I have chosen wisely for this job. I will get back to you on that after completion.
