Ohio State Heart Express Care Outpatient Care New Albany provides the best care available in Columbus. Everyone goes out of their way to keep patients comfortable and knowledgeable. The staff are very kind and professional. Appointments start and end on time. One doctor is so kind and patient, listens, and gives answers that are easily understood. The entire surgical team is equally impressive and took the stress out of a stressful event. An occupational therapist is appreciated for hard work and optimism. The staff in the outpatient surgery department did an excellent job. Both this facility and another OSU facility were wonderful and friendly. The OSU Wexner Medical center has been very wonderful and a blessing. One location saved a life.
Went in for a stress test. These folks are very kind and professional. I was told in advance what to expect and my appointment was started on time and ended on time. This is as good as it gets!!!

I’ve been to OSU New Albany several times for Audiology appointments. This is fist for an outpatient surgery appointment, I’d have to say the staff in that department did an excellent job. The last time I had this similar procedure was at the Dublin OSU Facility which was a great experience. Both facilities were wonderful and friendly, I wish we could one closer to home. My doctor was fantastic and professional as always.
