“I contacted several carpet repair companies for carpet restretching. I was discouraged ‘til I spoke with Sean at Knights Carpet. He quickly gave me a very reasonable quote by phone, I made the appt, then unfortunately had to cancel.Since I was so impressed with Seans to the point professionalism & quick response... I kept the number to reschedule.I had purchased new furniture; it was being delivered in less than 48 hrs. I hesitated but thought I'd check to see if there was any way I could get my carpet restretched within that short time frame of delivery.I contacted Sean leaving a message receiving an immediate reply back from Seans partner, Matt. Based on the size of the 1 room that needed restretching... my situation was accommodated the following morning. Matt squeezed me in just before his 1st appointment. Within an hour my carpet looked brand new again. I'm happy to leave this review saying that Matt did a great job & am very happy with the results.I was amazed at such price differences from so many others and bottom line was that quality was not spared. Even helped me vacuum the room cleaning up the remnants. I would call this company again with any future carpet needs... cleaning and repair!They did not disappoint even with such short notice!Thank you Sean and Matt!“
