We've been using Wells to pump out the septic tank every 5 or 6 years since the early 2000's. I just had it done again today. Tayler showed up on time, put the flower bed back in order when he was done, and was friendly and upbeat. A few minutes after I paid him there was a knock at the door. 2 fifties were stuck together and he gave me back the extra. So... honest, too.5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a rousing Huzzah!. Somebody's got to do it, and I'm glad it's them.

Took my girl here for the first time today, and I’ll never take her anywhere else. The first thing the vet did when he walked in was get down to her level and try to make her comfortable. He talked to her, and was petting her during everything he did. Her let her sniff everything before doing anything. He spoke to me like one animal lover to another. It was the best experience with a vet’s office I’ve ever had!

We could not be more impressed with ARJ Landscape! These guys know what they are doing and they have so much attention to detail in their work. They are very respectful of your property, clean up after themselves and they are just really kind hearted, hard working people. Rin was great in helping us design everything and figure out all the logistics. Chris is a great Project Manager and he has a team of hardworking guys that all did amazing work.They completed our patio, which included a fire pit area with a lot of intricate cuts, stairs with railings, a grill pad, a lounge area, the assembly of a pergola, all with electrical wiring, and landscaped all around the space, which included replacing all mulch we currently had with the most beautiful river rock. The patio itself took about 3 weeks to complete. The landscaping took less than a week.ARJ team made this such an easy process and worked with us along the way to make it exactly what we wanted. They show up when they say they are going to and work long hours. Their pricing is fantastic. The quality of their work speaks volumes. We are in love with the outdoor space they created for us. We had an awesome experience working with Wayne Homes. Abby was very responsive to the changes we wanted made during the design phase. We were going back and forth on a few items and she never balked at changing it from one way back to the way we had it before. Pam took the time to walk us through every step of the finishes selection process and didn't rush us to make a decision at any point. And Tim was just a phenomenal field manager. We were living across the country and Tim just went above and beyond to make sure we were kept appraised of everything going on and took lots of pictures and did video chats with us along the way so we could see first hand how the build was going. Will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

The service desk continues to be cordial, knowledgeable, and sincerely helpful. I think the current staff genuinely likes working there and helping people - even those of us who do *not* work in construction every day. I no longer have reservations about checking out Holmes Lumber when I need something. If they don't have it; the staff can usually point me in a direction of where next best to find it.-----------------------------*Update:* Changed rating from 1 to 3.I recently had a need for a few products on short timeframe for repaid. Although I had low customer service expectations based upon multiple visits, Holmes was the closest and saving time was the most important. THIS VISIT was a radical difference. Well staffed so I didn't wait long. The morning staff was engaging, attentive, helpful, and upbeat. I made note that even the music complimented the overall attitude of _all_ the guys behind the counter. Not just to me either. I watched the staff give the same focused attention to each customer like they really cared about them and sincerely cared about helping them be successful with their project by asking about the details. Next time I have a home prj need (and we're moving into summer), Holmes on 605 will probably bump to the top of my list to try again. It was that positive a difference.----------------------------
