“ECO canceled our two previous appointments at the last minute due to “emergency services.” When we finally had a scheduled appointment, the technician never showed up and we received no notification. They then dispatched another technician and asked us to wait an additional hour, but he also never arrived. To make matters worse, the appointment was marked as completed and we were asked to leave a review. Very frustrating experience and a significant waste of our time.
