We had the garage floor coating done. The process was completed ahead of schedule which was great. The customer service was great and the guys did an excellent job.
The service men showed up to my home, very professional came in and inspected my system found a minor issue and fixed it! I was very happy that there was no sales pitch and they weren't trying to take advantage of me. They focused on my problem and resolved it.

I had an excellent experience at CAPS with Khristeen! I had BBL, MOXI, and Halo treatments, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She explained every step of the process, what to expect during recovery, the benefits of each treatment, and how to maintain my results long-term. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions.
These treatments aren’t always the most comfortable, but Khristeen did so many little things to make the experience easier and continually checked in to make sure I was doing well. She was very detail-oriented and made sure everything looked exactly as it should before I left.
What stood out most was how genuine she was. At no point did I feel like she was trying to upsell me or recommend treatments I didn’t need. Instead, she gave thoughtful recommendations and helped me come up with a long-term plan that fit my goals. It was clear that she truly cared and wanted the best possible outcome. I’m already planning future treatments and will continue booking with her!
I recently switched primary care physicians and began seeing Ashley Wahba NP here at Beecher Crossing. She is amazing!! So personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. I felt at ease the minute she walked in the room for my first visit.

My daughter and I got haircuts here yesterday. The manager who did my daughter's hair was so helpful and kind, explaining hair care to her and making sure to get her hair just right. I know Sport Clips is mainly a place for men to get haircuts, but they can do girls' hair too of course. We both enjoyed the MVP treatment.

Found this place when I moved to Columbus and they have always done a fantastic job. They show you the mirror throughout the cut to make sure everything is right. Took my son (who is two years old) in for a haircut and it went better than the “Kid Cuts” place we had previously been going. Gahanna Barber Shop has a basket of toys in the waiting area to keep him entertained while we waited our turn. Kid cuts place didn’t have that. Was more reasonably priced too! Will always steer people towards Gahanna Barber Shop.

Genuinely great shop. Nothing but a chill, calming, and welcoming atmosphere. I was so scared because it was my first haircut in 4 years, because I was bald. My barber Shelby took her time with me and listened to what I wanted and hugged me when I cried and told her I used to be bald. And cried again when I got to put my glasses on and finally see what I look like now

Gahanna Palm Beach Tan is THE best tanning place I have been to. The customer service here is amazing. The beds are top notch. I personally noticed a big difference in my color after coming to this location then others. Happy I found this spot.
Chau is amazing! She is so professional and pays incredible attention to detail. She always takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect, and I leave loving them every time. I have gone up to a month before a fill without my nails falling off or breaking which I have not experienced with any other nail tech or salon. She’s friendly, welcoming, and makes every appointment a great experience. She always has a movie or tv show on to watch during my appointment. I came in as a walk in appointment and I got perhaps my favorite nails ever. Na did such an amazing job! Her attention to detail was amazing. She continually filed and checked the shape of my nail, filed the underneath so they weren’t too thick, made sure my fingers weren’t glued to the nail! I am in love with my nails & definitely will be coming back.

I have been going to Mallory for a few years. She listens to your idea and look you want. She gives her professional input but is still on track with what you want. She is very nice and professional. Each salon/spa has its own private space. Each salon/spa is decorated and laid out to the person renting the space. She usually books out a few months in advance to ensure that you keep a schedule for your needs.
There are barbers, tanning beds, hair stylists, waxing, and estheticians that are located in this one area. The parking lot has many spaces and dedicated handicapped spots.

Went to Ella at this shop with a color disaster of yellow hair and she fixed it perfectly. She took such care to protect my hair during the process and gave me a great cut too! I just asked for a blow out after as I was headed home to work in the yard. Today I styled it and the cut is amazing!

We’ve been seeing Dr Fisher for our son and it has been AMAZING. He is a little over 3 months old and hated being in his car seat. Dr Fisher has been able to help relieve the discomfort he felt and now car rides are so much better! Everyone at the office is so nice and friendly! I cannot recommend them enough!
15 years of tailbone pain. Doctors told me there was nothing I could do and that it would heal on its own. 15 years of workouts being nothing but pain. In just 2 weeks, I am pain free! If y'all were open later, I'd be able to come in regularly. Open at 10am and close around 8pm....that would help out some people that just can't make it in early in the morning or early afternoon.
