“I was very lucky to have a primary and backup care provider for my mom. My mom was a hard sell to the idea and took sometime before she became welcoming to her provider. It was a blessing for me to know she had someone with her on days that I could not be. There was excellent communication between her provider and myself as well as the scheduler and myself .
