We had a service scheduled for MD to upgrade our switches to include dimmers in multiple rooms of our house and to split some lights to different switches, and when they got there for the service we asked if they could add dimmers to one more set of lights. Not only did they do it with no notice, but they didn’t charge us for the extra room! Everyone at MD is super respectful of your property (for example, they bring indoor shoes for your house, which is so crucial for me) and are generally nice and pleasant to deal with.
