I have worked with them for the last few years and man I love these guys every time I am amazed by their depth of knowledge and service. They don’t come in and try to up sell you… they figure out the problem and fix it right. I came home from vacation with water spraying out of a pipe…. Needless to say I didn’t think I could get same day help. They came over and trouble shot the problem and fixed it right.
Tim came out today and replaced my tub spout and shower handle, both of which were already in a real bad way when he got here. He was prompt, professional, neat, courteous, and explained everything he did in a way that I could understand. I couldn't be happier , and I will definitely call Jack Woods Plumbing and ask for Tim for any other plumbing needs I have in future. Also, I had a few plumbers before I called Jack L. Woods, Rick answered the phone, got me scheduled and quoted in less than 5 mins and all went according to plan. I truly appreciate… read full review
After other companies wouldn't even get past the booking process, these guys had quick booking turnaround. Completed work timely in coordination with the city turning water off. When the city said there was an issue, not with the work, but with our setup being pre-code, these guys came back out the very same day, brought it up to what the city wanted and we had water back on the same day. 100% would recommend. The techs on site were professional and friendly and the man i spoke with over the phone also was great. Communication was great
