Mike handled the issues with the insurance claim and worked with the insurance company to approve the full replacement. His staff came to the house, completed the work in a few hours and left a clean work site. The new roof looks good.
We cannot recommend Mitzi and her team enough! We’ve had our dog since she was a puppy but went the behaviorist route for 10 months and while we made progress, her obedience was awful and our family was at our wits end. She resource guards, is high energy, and incredibly stubborn. We’ve been told by 3 different professionals, she’s the type of dog to not only be returned to the shelter but also be euthanized due to potential of shutting down in a shelter setting. We were nervous and a bit skeptic to send her to training because of her personality but it was life changing! It’s been a few weeks since she’s been home and we continue to work with her but we’re actually enjoying her all the time. She’s responding to the training collar and commands. We are SO happy we went with Mitzi. Her goofy personality is still there but now we get to love her in a less chaotic way. Thank you thank you thank you Mitzi, Jane, and Anderson!
