The best team in Cincinnati and in my opinion the whole state of Ohio. The customer experience and expectations were perfect. Chad is amazing. I have to leave him a review personally. If Chad is amazing I know the team he works for is amazing. They just took first place as our favorite team in the Cincinnati area. Chad was knowledgable and was decisive which mean there was no wasted time.

Outstanding! Our beer cooler was down at Hops & Berry Taproom. Chad did an excellent job quickly diagnosing the issue and the repair was done soon after. I have found our permanent refrigeration repair company. Cheers!
