This is the before picture of the gap between the bottom of the Furnace and the duct work under the house there's a large gap where air was not getting to the ductworks

“Bentley‘s did a fabulous job. We had an old boiler system removed radiators and all and a brand new heat pump and AC unit propane install installed new ductwork along with a tankless hot water heater. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and all the workers that were on our project. Big shout out to Caleb Mullens for being the engineer/foreman on this project. I would highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC and electric and plumbing needs.“

“I would highly recommend Outstanding Heating and Cooling. My older gas furnace was short cycling in one of the coldest days this winter. I was so worried it was failing. Outstanding came out and said everything was fine and then ask to see my furnace filters. Come to find out, my very pricey anti pollen filter was not allowing any cold air return and furnace was over heating. It was a relief and he replaced the filter with just a cheap less dense filter and it’s worked fine through the entire brutally cold winter. I feel I can trust Outstanding with my HVAC needs. They do not try and sell me what I don’t need and that’s more rare these days.“

“Darian (technician) came prepared and quickly determined that there was no power coming into the unit after rechecking the wiring connections & resetting the quick disconnect.
We did discover the AC unit breaker had tripped and unit did comeback on after resetting it.
Technician did State he thought unit still needed a chemical cleaning of the Unit condenser coil radiator grills.....which I'm taking under advisement and may request/schedule for another day.... having other requirements to manage.

“When we found our furnace leaking during a very cold spell with a 4 week old baby at home, we called for furnace repair and help arrived within the hour to inspect the heating system. After a full check, it became clear a new furnace system was the best option, and they were able to assess everything during that same visit and explain what was needed in simple terms. Earl and Nolan handled the installation and did a great job. They were respectful in our home, careful with every area they walked through, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The whole process felt professional, smooth, and well organized, and our heat has been working great since. I would definitely use them again for furnace service and highly recommend them.“

I agree it's a little costly- $189 call cost, plus labor. But they do it right, and when it wasn't right, they came back with no extra charges.“

“In the winter, the unit kept going into limp mode. Called and they were out the same day. They diagnosed the issue and the system pressure was too high. We changed the air filter and saw system pressure drop in half. They also did a system output test and boosted the fan speed to help with the ductwork routing to improve balance to the whole house. Great people and explained everything so you could understand.“
