It was time to replace our aging gas furnace. Having had several good experiences over the years with Butler Heating & Air, I gave them a call to request a quote.
Project manager Andrew came out that same day to look over our house and current system. He suggested a new Carrier model along with some optional additions. The price quoted seemed fair so we set up the installation, which took place just a week later.

My Butler Heating & Air HVAC Technician Joshua was phenomenal today. He performed typical troubleshooting maintenance routine and found two capacitors not functioning correctly and replaced both. His professional and communicative demeanor made it easy to get a detailed status check rundown on both of my HVAC units. Butler H&A is served well by HVAC Technicians like Joshua who run their time efficiently and focus on need to know details that benefit the customers HVAC equipment. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
