“Bentley‘s did a fabulous job. We had an old boiler system removed radiators and all and a brand new heat pump and AC unit propane install installed new ductwork along with a tankless hot water heater. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and all the workers that were on our project. Big shout out to Caleb Mullens for being the engineer/foreman on this project. I would highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC and electric and plumbing needs.“

I moved into a new home about a year after working with Kieffer. Of course, our heat pump in the new house decided to die right before summer. Fortunately, I knew who to call. Kieffer arrived quickly and provided the most detailed, meticulous, and professional service that I could ask for.
After working with Kieffer two times now, I've learned that the man is truly passionate about his work, and takes an incredible amount of time to truly fine-tune each job he does. He removed an old air handler and heat pump in my home, and installed a new, far more efficient system. The key thing that he did was test and verify exactly how big of a pump we needed for our larger home. We actually ended up getting a smaller pump then was previously installed, as it was determined through various testing, that a smaller unit was actually a far more efficient unit. In addition to the new unit, he went through much of the duct work and sealed it off with a special sealent, fixing leaks that have been there for years. He gave so much attention to the small details, that you simply will not find from some of the larger, big name groups in the area. Again, I cannot recommend Kieffer enough. He is truly passionate about what he does, and the results of that passion speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

I’m not one to take the time and write a review, but I have to commend Kieffer for his outstanding work and service. This past week was the hottest we’ve had all year. Naturally, our old A/C unit stopped working. After trying to fix it myself, I decided to give Kieffer a call. He was nice enough to come over on a Saturday afternoon and diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, the entire unit needed replace. Although he couldn’t make the repair until the following Tuesday, he was nice enough to come back to my house on a Saturday night and install a temporary, portable A/C unit. With a wife and two small children in the house, we were in a tough spot with the heat, however, having the temporary A/C was a true lifesaver.

When he came to make the full repair on Tuesday, he arrived early and worked efficiently. He documented and communicated with me at every step of the process, keeping me, very much a layperson with HVAC systems, well informed and in the loop. Kieffer’s attention to detail was evident, as he took the extra time to find areas in the attic and the rest of the house that could contribute to leaks in the airflow.

In summary, I would highly recommend Kieffer’s to anyone. His passion for his craft was on full display, and the results speak for themselves.

Even with digging up the concrete they got it done so efficiently and professionally. You can't even tell they were here. They cleaned and put back our laminate wood floors back so flawlessly.
