I'm giving Dependable Heating a 5 ? Rating. Due to no fault of their own we didn't use their service but the Technician was on time and professional and went out of his way to get to us ASAP. I will recommend them to anyone needing their service. Thank you
I have needed services several times and Jim has always been very nice, professional, honest and prompt. Even on a day when it is -35 degrees with windchill he came out and fixed my thermostat within less than an hour of calling him. Our furnace was not working on Monday night when we came upstairs. We replaced the batteries in the thermostat and reset it and it kicked on and worked. We were still worried about the cold front this weekend so I called and asked Jim if he had any availability. He was on time and checked the furnace and did some general maintenance on the furnace. He advised me to get a new thermostat and as I was looking on Amazon he told me to check the electric service provider website as they may have a deal. Saved me about $125 bucks using their site with the rebate. Will definitely use again.Services: Heating system repair
