The work is always high quality, and the employees we have dealt with have always been on time and professional. Most recently, our humidifier "condensate" was making a terrible sound, and we asked Watkins to come out to evaluate the situation. Evaluation took a very short time, and the repair/replacement was completed in that visit also, for a very reasonable cost! Our technician, Joe S., was very knowledgeable and gave us information on how to care for the system going forward, and also made changes to the initial installation to make caring for the system much easier in the future.
