One visit was a fantastic job, very thorough, with every step explained, earning a 10/5 star rating. When an AC stopped working and needed replacement, the technician was very professional, really knowledgeable, and answered every question.
Amazing experience! I belonged to another “club” for a competitor and they did not prioritize our emergency, however 5 star was here over the weekend, first thing Sunday morning & they didn’t charge me an outrageous fee.
