“Nick came over to resolve an issue from a condensate pump installation and worked dilegently, crawling through a hot attic several times to fix an issue with the hose set-up.
Korrect has handled multiple jobs in our home, including replacing a pump, an HVAC blower and a water heater all jobs well done, follow through if an issue, from the first phone call in with admin/the scheduler to the technician.

“Connor provided excellent service. He indicated that the infuser motor and gas valve were not working properly during the winter inspection. The parts were replaced today. I’m appreciative that this was replaced before winter started this year. Excellent service!
I also worked with Samatha on how Cowboy’s process works when the parts are covered by the warranty. Cowboy’s handled the entire warranty process for me. She provided me with the price up front (minus the cost of the warranty parts) so I knew what to expect to pay.
Cowboy’s keeps you informed about your appointments via text. They inform you of your service time as well as letting you know when they arrive.
It is a great company to handle your service needs.”
