We have had a service arrangement with this firm for 7 years with complete satisfaction. We recently had the need to procure a complete new system and their comfort advisor, Drew, was tremendous to deal with! I can't say enough positive things about this entire company! Installation completed today and the installers were fantastic. Only use this company in Dayton Ohio area.
First, our appt was not until January, but the company called and said they could get us in sooner due to a cancellation….so we really appreciated the customer service! Michael, our technician was awesome! He was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He also was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we did not need! He was very professional, clean cut and well spoken….a great representative of McAfee!
Our air ducts are 45 years old and have never been cleaned. This wasn't an easy job as we live in a 3rd floor condo. Ian and Logan called to let me know they were coming then actually showed up on time. They were efficient and made every effort to keep everything clean while they worked. I am very pleased with the entire process.
