“I would highly recommend Outstanding Heating and Cooling. My older gas furnace was short cycling in one of the coldest days this winter. I was so worried it was failing. Outstanding came out and said everything was fine and then ask to see my furnace filters. Come to find out, my very pricey anti pollen filter was not allowing any cold air return and furnace was over heating. It was a relief and he replaced the filter with just a cheap less dense filter and it’s worked fine through the entire brutally cold winter. I feel I can trust Outstanding with my HVAC needs. They do not try and sell me what I don’t need and that’s more rare these days.“

We are on freezing temps on a snow storm eith my one year old grand daughter, so I just paid it. Hassam, our tech, was great though and very informative and very kind in understanding our situation. He does not set the price and I would use him on a personal level again. The 4 stars, not 5, is strictly because of the high price.“
