The work is always high quality, and the employees we have dealt with have always been on time and professional. Most recently, our humidifier "condensate" was making a terrible sound, and we asked Watkins to come out to evaluate the situation. Evaluation took a very short time, and the repair/replacement was completed in that visit also, for a very reasonable cost! Our technician, Joe S., was very knowledgeable and gave us information on how to care for the system going forward, and also made changes to the initial installation to make caring for the system much easier in the future. We're sticking with Watkins for sure...highly recommend!“

“I recently got Kieffer to install a large propane heater in my new farm shop. When I couldn’t find a small heating and cooling contract to return a call or give me a quote Kieffer came to my rescue. My experience working with Kieffer was great. He really knows what he’s doing and in my case he really got the resources together to install the heater in a matter of days. He kept me up to date on his progress and worked with me on making sure everything was as I wanted it.
