We have used Seiter Services for years (even before they became Seiter Services). They are extremely professional and know what they're doing! In addition, they always arrive on time and do exactly what they say they will do. If additional services are necessary, they give us an estimate of cost before proceeding. We don't want to use anyone else!

The BEST response and results! Thank you, Seiter!Chris L. and Dan visited my condo this morning for plumbing repairs across three bathrooms. They texted before the arrived, clearly explained the repairs needed (without making me feel dumb), quickly finished the job, and helped arrange a new install for future date. Appreciate the prompt company response (they arrived in less than 24 hours) and the professionalism of Chris and Dan!

New furnace. We'd been using Seiter Services to service our existing furnace for a while but the furnace finally gave out... on a Saturday. Seiter was out, took a look, and advised the repair would be expensive beyond the value of the old unit. Purchasing the new Bryant unit was relatively painless; Chris came out and gave us several options after surveying our house and asking questions. Bob and another tech installed the new furnace on Monday and finished on Tuesday. The techs were respectful of the house and stepped us through the ins and outs of our new system.
