I'm writing this review for my mother. She wanted to thank Jamie and the technicians at Rr Heating Solutions for taking such good care of her HVAC needs. Her AC unit stopped working, and the technician came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got the air conditioning running again. They were professional, courteous, and clearly knew their heating and cooling work. I also appreciate how respectfully they treated my mother and how clearly they explained the repair. earl came by with the right filter for my hvac and heater system and explained how to install it and when to replace it. he also checked the extra ceiling filter in the family room and let me know it was not needed with the new system, so he removed it for me. he pointed out that leaving that filter in place could affect airflow and interfere with the new hvac setup. he also walked me through the thermostat settings, including how to switch from cool to heat and adjust the numbers correctly. he was very kind, patient, and helpful, and made sure i understood the basics of keeping the heating system running properly. earl is a great technician, and i really appreciated...read full review
