Had a great experience with Ryan and Brian last week. They came to do a repair, but after they went over all the numbers and checked the manufacture specs they said the repair wasn't needed. It's rare to people not try to sell you parts and service to make money, but it's clear that they want the long term business so integrity and trust are important to them. Then they spent the extra time they had saved from not doing the repair into solving another HVAC problem for me that came up and we have a solution for that as well.
