“The Pinzone company was great to work with. The company representative, Nick, visited the site and clearly explained how he would replace a failed support post in our basement. His team of Jay and assistant ‘new’ Nick did an excellent job installing a concrete footer and heavy steel post. The team hung plastic sheeting and also deployed a dust collection system of fans and HEPA filters to minimize the dust created cutting into the concrete floor and mixing fresh concrete. All rubble was taken away and the area was very clean at job completion. I would use Pinzone again.“

“Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well. Regardless of who you use, I hope you get some straight forward Info as I did from Scott at Mcnulty construction.“

“We had a water pipe leak in the finished portion of our basement. The water mitigation process done by a different company left large holes and cut-out areas on the drywall walls and ceiling. The baseboards all were removed and scraped. We contacted Tamer Construction and got a bid for restoring the room to it's original condition. John Tamer was very personable and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. When it came time for the work to begin, a workman named Tom came out and was meticulous in his work. I was a painter for 44 years and when younger, I did all of the basement construction and I was very particular about the work, so I was skeptical that anyone would take the care I would have in bringing the room back to it's original form. Tom exceeded every expectation I had. The drywall replacement, the patching, the woodworking, and the painting was impeccable. I will give a 100% referral to anyone who asks about a recommendation for a construction company.“
