We had originally ordered counter tops from Home Depot and had to cancel 2 months after we ordered them as they still couldn’t give us an install date.I reached out to cleveland cabinets on a Sunday evening and Aaron emailed back extremely quick and had us scheduled in to pick out a countertop the following day. From the date we ordered to their install date, it was 3 weeks. Aaron answered every question extremely quickly! We cannot recommend this company enough.“

“I needed multiple things done, stack fixed and gas line repaired. After talking with the technicians they sent I decided to just get the gas line re-piped. Also, the company which has done the initial rehab of the home did the stack incorrectly, so had that redone as well. The guys were professional and personable. They got the work done within the 2 day window they promised. Gas service to the home was able to be started and all sinks and toilets flush and drain as they should.“

“I hired A1 two years ago to level the walk to my front door. They did a perfect job, nice and level and everything was fine until this past winter. The sidewalk had settled again (this is a newer home) and had lifted again in a couple places- no fault of theirs, my house is just still settling hard. So, I called them and they came back, no questions asked, and fixed it again! They are professional, prompt, clean everything up when they're done. I wish ALL contractors were this good!“

“We are very pleased we chose Big Bear for our bathroom remodel. We had the opportunity to customize the design and are excited with the result. It is most important to note that we were guided along the way in our decision making towards staying within our budget.We were very comfortable having the employees in our home, whether we were present or not. Everyone was very helpful. Whatever we needed and whatever we requested, Big Bear provided it to us. Two examples stand out. One was that we had a pertinent plumbing issue unrelated to the bathroom (that we did not know about), and for a reasonable fee, they fixed it for us. Another is that we had a somewhat embarrassing moment misunderstanding an installed accessory, and after the project was complete, they came over to show us how to properly use it.
