ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! They were professional, courteous and fast. I really can't praise them enough. When reconstruction was able to begin ATI's project manager, Jim, handled everything and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. Roth Construction was responsive to our questions and our needs. Communication was good, and they did what they said they would do. Workmanship was good. We did have an issue with the carpet sub which Roth did their best to remedy. Evidently the carpet vendor was a newer relationship for Roth and the first time they'd experienced an issue.
The ladies that cleaned my condo after a SUV drove through my front door were fantastic!!! Michelle,Brittany and Angie were the best--very professional,knowledgeable and friendly and they did a wonderful job. Kudos to them!!!!
