The landscape architect really listened to my vision and thoughts and he designed a great plan. The installers were excellent at their craft and meticulous. The second year, we had them replace 1/2 of the plantings around our patio as well as adding a stone border and landscaping lighting. The lighting really enhanced the beauty of our patio oasis. We were so pleased with the lighting that we had them back this year to add landscape and path lighting to our front yard. We are so pleased with the results. We receive many positive comments from visitors as well as from other contractors and delivery individuals. They may not be the cheapest, but their quality workmanship is worth it!“

The baseboards all were removed and scraped. We contacted Tamer Construction and got a bid for restoring the room to it's original condition. John Tamer was very personable and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. When it came time for the work to begin, a workman named Tom came out and was meticulous in his work. I was a painter for 44 years and when younger, I did all of the basement construction and I was very particular about the work, so I was skeptical that anyone would take the care I would have in bringing the room back to it's original form. Tom exceeded every expectation I had. The drywall replacement, the patching, the woodworking, and the painting was impeccable. I will give a 100% referral to anyone who asks about a recommendation for a construction company.“

From the initial design by Marcus, to the picking out the color scheme and materials with Carolina and Marcus, to the construction manager/foreman Dmitriy ( more on him later), Artem who did much of the demolition and installation, and to the subcontractors they had build and install the awesome closet cabinets----I cannot say enough nice things about this team especially Dmitriy. I've never worked with such a professional and downright pleasant project manager who by the way is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed about the project, timing, and was always available for any questions and concerns.
