Just to add some context---- In my adult lifetime I've built 5 houses from the ground up and have dealt with a lot of contractors. You will not find a more professional, honest, and skilled contractor/team than this company.

From the initial design by Marcus, to the picking out the color scheme and materials with Carolina and Marcus, to the construction manager/foreman Dmitriy ( more on him later), Artem who did much of the demolition and installation, and to the subcontractors they had build and install the awesome closet cabinets----I cannot say enough nice things about this team especially Dmitriy. I've never worked with such a professional and downright pleasant project manager who by the way is extremely competent and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed about the project, timing, and was always available for any questions and concerns. Whenever you are looking for a renovation project contractor no matter how big or small the job there is always some risk as to who you choose. I can confidently say that from all my experience there is no risk with Marcus Sebastian renovations.
