I built with Garland in 2011, have been living in my new home since then, and I am STILL so happy I chose them. We shopped around for a long time before ultimately deciding which builder to use for our home in Columbia Station. I continue to benefit from the quality of their work, attention to detail and the overall design of my new home. Matt Dilling was our project manager, and Celeste was so helpful in putting the finishing touches on our home. I own a home inspection business, and see the lack of quality in some of the other area builders on a weekly basis. We have had an awesome experience working Matt Garland, Todd , Susan and Erinn at Garland New Homes. We built our new home while being out of state. They kept us in the loop, answered our questions promptly and addressed issues (most where our fault!) without issues. They listened to our concerns and even sent us pictures of the progress when we weren’t able to be in town. We had previous built our previous home and the experience with Garland New Homes was a far better experience. We could not be happier with them and you will be too!!
