My heater quit working and I called some other places and they were not able to come out until a few days later in the evening. I was referred to this company by my mother, and when I gave them a call, they said they would be out as soon as possible. That turned out to be same day! It turns out The igniter in my furnace went out and it was replaced within an hour. My technician's name was Ricky and he was amazing! He was very nice and had a great sense of humor! He explained things in a way that was very easy for me to understand and was very honest as well.
