Booking was easy, prices reasonable, and they were very understanding/helpful when our credit card was having issues. They were also accomodating to the delivery time we needed.
On the day of, they were very prompt in delivery and pick-up. They didn't require much assistance, allowing me to focus on other parts of the festival. The staff was incredibly kind. Best of all, the kids loved the inflatable games we had! It really made the festival complete.

Several years ago my wife and I contracted to completely remodel our two kitchens and the main laundry room in our Million dollar 6000 sq ft Executive home at Country Club of the North. JEM Designs was involved in this extensive renovation. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of design work and selection of products used during the course of completion of the projects. We also found value in the money we saved based on JEM recommendations. The owner and employees were excellent and available during construction. Since these projects we have continued to use JEM for other upgrades in our main kitchen. Called for a head shave and beard trim...was basically a walk in. Luke greeted me when I walked in and when it as my turn, very quick, neat and professional. Before I knew it I was finished and it was awesome. My wife loves it too! Found a barber for me and my son. Will definitely be back!!! Wish there was more than 5 stars.

Kelly and her staff are so kind. The booze are so clean and service is fast. Also, I've had several spray tans here and in my insecurity was worried about it. Kelly makes you feel like you are a beautiful woman. Don't think another thought. She also chats with you throughout the experience so you don't feel dead air. Thinking about how you look. She's awesome and she has a great story. She travels all over the US to perform her craft at different events. I am a repeat customer because it's also a small local business. Much better than any of these big chain tanning places.

This was my first time at this salon and I’m impressed. I love the luxury feel of everything and how they have enough workers to get you serviced. I got an overlay with French tips and nail design. When giving the tip I gave the design service fee to the worker so there can be miscommunication with that part. That is the only part of the experience where I would say needs to be communicated better or fixed.

I hadn’t had a wax in a while and had never went anywhere close to us, had always drove down to Cincy. I heard great things about this salon and I made an appt. From the moment I walked in the front desk (gorgeous lady, I forgot her name tho) was so welcoming and made you feel heard. They paired me up with Bella who was AMAZING! I have a torn rotator cuff so lifting my arm up for the underarm portion was so painful and she accommodated me and helped position my arm in a way I wasn’t screaming in pain. She was the best. I was nervous about the Brazilian bc I hadn’t done it in awhile and IYKYK and she made it incredibly tolerable haha I felt amazing and booked my next appointment before I walked out. Having a salon here close to home that offers great service and an awesome environment is great. Go get waxed!

I have been going to Gem City Chiropractic since they opened. I’ve always had excellent care and service from Dr. Baxter and his friendly staff. I have serious lower back issues and he has been able to keep me going. To avoid having surgery he has had me on decompression and as of April I’ve been on the softwave machine (halfway through my treatment) and starting to feel a magnificent difference in both my pain and flexibility. My husband and I cannot thank Care Center enough. We unexpectedly had to put our 15-year-old fur baby to sleep and were referred to Care Center by our cat's veterinary clinic because the need for care was immediate and her regular veterinarian was performing surgeries. We were wary of having to go somewhere we were unfamiliar with, however, in a horrendous situation, Care Center made it bearable. The staff was so thoughtful and professional even while we were 'ugly crying'. I know this wasn't their first 'rodeo', but they gave us the ability to navigate a gut-wrenching scenario a little easier.
If you want to guarantee that your pet is going to look fabulous after Groomng, Thias is the place to go. Jamie is our groomer there and she does a fantastic job. Thias has created a very calming environment letting dogs roam around and socialize with each other until it’s their turn to be groomed.
We have used WAG about three or four times now. Every time has been great. We have a chow mix who we shave a few times a year and they do a perfect job every time. Smooth shave, trims the beard evenly and evens out the tail. So fast too, in and out in an hour!!

I have been working with Jacob since December 2024 for post concussion syndrome with severe vertigo and migraines. Jacob is very focused and has helped me tremendously the last 5 months. Not only did he finally get my vertigo cleared, he has worked hard on providing me lots of solutions to help provide me relief. Last week he did muscle blading again on my neck, upper and lower back and while that is painful and exhausting I have had 3 days free of a headache! I am bruised and sore but it clearly works! Next we are trying dry needling in conjunction with Botox injections from my neuro to help those areas affected with my concussion. I highly recommend this PT unit!
