“I moved into a new place on December 1 and the heat wasn’t working. The landlord or someone had turned off the furnace I assume during the summer. I alerted my landlord about the issue and they contacted Apostolic. Literally came the next day. However when they came out they couldn’t get into the furnace, but they coordinated with my landlord to get access to it a different way. As soon as they got access they did their job and now my house is warm. I appreciate their timeliness and professionalism, definitely happy with the job. Most recently, our humidifier "condensate" was making a terrible sound, and we asked Watkins to come out to evaluate the situation. Evaluation took a very short time, and the repair/replacement was completed in that visit also, for a very reasonable cost! My experience working with Kieffer was great. He really knows what he’s doing and in my case he really got the resources together to install the heater in a matter of days. He kept me up to date on his progress and worked with me on making sure everything was as I wanted it. “Stop looking and call them. On a Sunday morning I woke up to the thermostat 8 degrees lower than it should be during our negative wind-chill weather. I called 3 emergency numbers of large Dayton HVAC companies and none of them answered. Larry at Integrity called back immediately after being on the phone with another customer. He was at our home within 2 hours. Long story short Ryan Homes and Airtron didn't build our cold air return correctly and after 8 years our furnace was almost dead due to the wrong gas pressure being used and lack of air getting to it.Larry got our furnace to stop over heating for the time being until 3 days later they had a custom cold air return made and a Carrier installed in one day. The house heats up 2 times faster and runs 35% less on a cold day. They also brought things up to code that other service companies failed to do.Others in my neighborhood alone paid $10k plus for a furnace. Integrity was almost half with a furnace, cold air return, filters and the Sunday call.“
