“Called R&W for a non emergency furnace problem. They were able to come out pretty quick and check it out. Scott the technician was professional and worked efficiently to diagnose the problem. He answered all my questions along the way. Was back up and running in an hour and I was billed for just one hour at a reasonable rate. Very satisfied with R&W and would use them again.“

“The service tech and response time were amazing, cost way high. I googled average cost $150-300, we paid $335. We are on freezing temps on a snow storm eith my one year old grand daughter, so I just paid it. Hassam, our tech, was great though and very informative and very kind in understanding our situation. He does not set the price and I would use him on a personal level again. The 4 stars, not 5, is strictly because of the high price.“

The owner, Matt; is so knowledgeable to talk with on the phone, he was on another job but sent Joel over to my house to check out my furnace within 3 hours.
