We have had 2 repairs completed by Watkins Springboro, and we are 100% happy that we made the switch to this company. The work is always high quality, and the employees we have dealt with have always been on time and professional. Most recently, our humidifier "condensate" was making a terrible sound, and we asked Watkins to come out to evaluate the situation. Evaluation took a very short time, and the repair/replacement was completed in that visit also, for a very reasonable cost!
