“Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. Many people told me that I would be taking medicines for the rest of my life with the good doctors help I beat it.“

“I live nearby and was so sick I could not go to my regular doctor, so I remember seeing this place all the time. I was seen that day, and I was amazed. The staff is amazing. They were very kind to me. This doctor was amazing. I was in bad shape, and was so nervous about possibly going to the hospital, he did everything to keep me out. I had a bad respiratory infection, and the next day I felt so bad that I called the service at 6 Am. The doctor himself called me by 6:15 AM. I went back and got more treatments. I was seen everyday for four days getting treatments so I could stay out of the hospital and pay a high deductible. They were all very concerned about me, and followed up well. I am 100% better now, and this will be my new place to go. Also, he works with Winthrop University Hospital which is the hospital I use when that is a necessity. Very happy.“
“I went in on a Friday at around 5:15 pm. I thought it would be busy but, thankfully, I was seen very quickly. The person assisting the doctor saw me first and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent in what they did. They listened to all of my complaints, asked me questions and did my tests quickly. Dr. McBrien then came to take a look at everything and I really appreciated his sincere care for my health, especially since he knew I’m immunocompromised. His treatment he prescribed worked great and I’m almost completely better from Friday already!“
“The best pediatric urgent care! So clean, walk-ins available & the staff is super friendly! There’s also a pharmacy located next door (Wantagh Pharmacy), which makes it super convenient to go right next door and pick-up your scripts!“
“I visited this location on January 15 because I was feeling horrible. I've been to this location on many occasions with my kids and they've always been amazing. But unfortunately people are more likely to give a bad review than a good review and this one is long overdue. I commend you! You guys are awesome. Kind, caring, friendly. I've been to other city MDs, and they just don't care, and misdiagnose, and rush you out the door. Not this Levittown location. I just want to say to the Doctors and the staff at the Levittown location in the King Kullen shopping center. I appreciate you!“
“Went to this facility today to get bloodwork for my 18 month old son done. His pediatrician said they were great, so I gave it a try. They were unbelievable! They were very friendly and efficient in knowing exactly how to get a very unhappy toddlers blood drawn AND made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous or judged that he was screaming. Now, I will be returning soon for myself!“

“I am always happy with the results in this office. They are efficient, polite and the doctor listens when you speak. He makes suggestions and tells you to head to the ER if you need a scan. The one thing I think they could use is an xray machine. But they're good for everything else. Polite staff in medical officers are very unusual. “Most recently visited this office in Glen Oaks again and had the honor of meeting the PA Christopher who kind and thorough. Christopher went above and beyond what he needed to do to assist me in my medical care! It was my 1st time meeting the Physician Assistant Christopher but I can tell you he sent a follow up message via mychart and is an absolute asset to the Optum Urgent Care. I’m happy he is there. He personally gets 5 stars!Dr Kahn and entire staff were professional, thorough and courteous! The office was clean and welcoming but most importantly convenient and accommodating! “This place was amazing! They were very well organized, staff was extremely professional, facility was very clean, and the nurse I interacted with, FNP Chase was very caring and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all and any questions I had. When it came time to draw blood she did it quickly and I didn’t even feel the needle! I truly hate needles but she made this experience so painless that next I go to this location I pray she is there as she is very gentle, and truly cares for each person she interacts with.
