Front desk is not helpful. 2nd time I have been there. Last time had a bad visits. Just came back since close to my daughters school. ask the front desk how long. She said she could not say. I saw 2 people waiting. I said I will sit in the car with my daughter. She was very cranky. After 45 min I came in and asked how long she said maybe 1/2 hour. I told her I was going to go to the corner to get something to drink for my daughter. When I got atext saying my daughter is next I called and said I will be there shortly. She took upon herself because she did not see my car our front that I was far. I had moved my car earlier to a parking space in the lot from in front of the facility. When I came in she gave the room to someone else saying she didn't see my car. I had to wait another 30min. This make quick visit 2 hours. With only 2 people in front of me.

Went to this facility today to get bloodwork for my 18 month old son done. His pediatrician said they were great, so I gave it a try. They were unbelievable! They were very friendly and efficient in knowing exactly how to get a very unhappy toddlers blood drawn AND made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous or judged that he was screaming. Now, I will be returning soon for myself!

I went in early this morning frantic that something was wrong. The whole team at this location are the most companionate and knowledgeable medical team. Every team member from checking in to being seen and diagnosed are Angels. I recommend everyone and anyone that needs urgent care and support and confidence in their diagnosis and treatment to absolutely go here . Doctors and nurses that truly care and know what they Are doing and put your Health First. Love you all and I Thank God for blessing the community with all of you.
