CityMD Franklin Square Urgent Care - Long Island

I went in on a Friday at around 5:15 pm. I thought it would be busy but, thankfully, I was seen very quickly. The person assisting the doctor saw me first and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent in what they did. They listened to all of my complaints, asked me questions and did my tests quickly. Dr. McBrien then came to take a look at everything and I really appreciated his sincere care for my health, especially since he knew I’m immunocompromised. His treatment he prescribed worked great and I’m almost completely better from Friday already!

I recently visited CityMD in Franklin Square and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The wait time was minimal, and I was seen by a doctor promptly. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and grateful for the excellent service I received at CityMD in Franklin Square. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical care.

Edwin Salamanca provided wonderful care. He was caring, friendly and professional. I liked him very much. He has also treated my mom in the past and mu mom was very satisfied. The staff up front was very helpful also. I really appreciate everyone at City MD.
