Despite there being only one doctor and two nurses available, I was seen quickly. The staff was polite and ready to answer any questions I had. The doctor was thorough with my evaluation and diagnosis. I would visit again if need be.
The front desk staff are never friendly. You walk in no greeting , the staff are sitting behind computers frowning. Even if there isn't a line, You have to greet them first to even get them to look up at you and address your concern. However the doctors here are very nice. I would recommend because I usually get into this urgent care quick fast and once you pass front desk the experience gets better. Front desk staff definitely need hospitality and customer service training, very unprofessional and rude.
