“I’ve been trying to find a new primary care provider for a few months now and i came across Care Access Clinic.The provider Adebukola cares for your well being and answers all concerns or questions you have. I wanted to try out the laser treatment for my face and i regret not going there sooner. I’ve seen such a difference in my skin. i highly recommend this practice for anyone in the search of a new primary care provider or anyone that is interested in the laser treatments. You can always go on their website and see what other treatments they offer because there’s quite a few. The staff is always friendly and making conversation with you. id give 10 stars if i could!“

“Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. Many people told me that I would be taking medicines for the rest of my life with the good doctors help I beat it.“

“I live nearby and was so sick I could not go to my regular doctor, so I remember seeing this place all the time. I was seen that day, and I was amazed. The staff is amazing. They were very kind to me. This doctor was amazing. I was in bad shape, and was so nervous about possibly going to the hospital, he did everything to keep me out. I had a bad respiratory infection, and the next day I felt so bad that I called the service at 6 Am. The doctor himself called me by 6:15 AM. I went back and got more treatments. I was seen everyday for four days getting treatments so I could stay out of the hospital and pay a high deductible. They were all very concerned about me, and followed up well. I am 100% better now, and this will be my new place to go. Also, he works with Winthrop University Hospital which is the hospital I use when that is a necessity. Very happy.“

“Came in for eye issue and was told it was not serious and I could get drops that are over the counter. Sam the medical assistant was awesome! He was efficient and smart and was caring and understanding!!! Dr TSIALAS was good. He didn't write a prescription for the eye because he said the white of my eye looked fine and the eye discharge was clear. That makes sense. I'll be back to this location. I want to see Sam again! He should become a doctor!“

“The moment I walked in I was pleased. The receptionist was kind and understanding. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. As was the xray tech and the person who took my vitals. I'm glad my daughter suggested this place after hearing I wanted to go to a hospital. “Got sick with COVID-19 while visiting NY. Check in very easy, saw doctor in less than 20 minutes and had a prescription for paxlovid sent to pharmacy of my choice. Doctor, nurse, all staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care.“

“I’ve looked at the reviews and have to say I’ve never had a bad experience at the front desk. Especially yesterday. I’ve never seen Tina at the desk before but hope that she stays. She was the best. She took care all of my needs efficiently and with kindness. I needed a Covid test and was given the runaround from a Northwell lab in Bayshore and they were willing to do it and send it to where it needed to go. She called me to let me know all was taken care of. I wish that I could always have that same experience everywhere!“

“My daughter has come to PM pediatrics multiple times for something as simple as an allergic reaction on her finger to when she had the flu. Everyone in the office is always so attentive and sweet towards her and she actually really likes to go to the Dr’s now.“

“Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!“
