Not as in depth. But they do take your temp, BP, heart rate. Diagnose you base on your chart if you have your primary care doctor here at Prohealth. Also hours updated, not what they said on google. See picture for updated hours starting 8/1/23.

This place was amazing! They were very well organized, staff was extremely professional, facility was very clean, and the nurse I interacted with, FNP Chase was very caring and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all and any questions I had. When it came time to draw blood she did it quickly and I didn’t even feel the needle! I truly hate needles but she made this experience so painless that next I go to this location I pray she is there as she is very gentle, and truly cares for each person she interacts with. ProHealth you guys have an amazing team over there!!! Thanks a million!!!!

I came here to get my covid test for my flight an it was such a great experience. They took me in right away, explained everything thoroughly and I had my results in less than a day! I certainly recommend this group!

From Optum Extended Hours Center - Lake Success

An exclusive benefit for current Optum, formerly ProHEALTH, patients (adults and children of all ages), the Extended Hours Center is an extension of your primary care, family medicine or pediatric office when they are closed or you can’t get to them. The center is open 365 days/year, 7 days a week. Walk-in anytime you have an urgent medical need (non-life threatening) that cannot wait until the morning. No appointment is needed. We provide all primary-care and urgent care services and even offer on-site testing and treatment services. What’s even better is that your visit is billed as a primary care visit! Exclusively for current Optum primary care patients who have a Optum Primary Care, Pediatric or Ob-Gyn provider.
