CityMD in Syosset is the only urgent care I like to go to in the area. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The nurses and Doctors are very knowledgeable and I always feel as they diagnose correctly.
Went to this urgent care mid panic attack thinking there was something wrong with my heart, was taken in right away and treated with absolute kindness and compassion knowing everything was okay and I was in a bad panic attack. They were extremely helpful and reassured me I was okay and let me stay till I felt okay enough to leave! Loved the doctor and nurses, highly recommend this urgent care as they handled mental health issues just as seriously as physical health!
Went in earlier this week, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and personable as well. I had many questions, and everyone was able to answer them fully.
